With the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic and the related Government restrictions on holding face-to-face events, the Directors of the DSA had explored options for purposes of communicating the industry results for year 2020 to its stakeholders, which had resulted in the birth of the DSA Virtual Convention. Little did the DSA Directors realise at the time the potential of the DSA Virtual Convention to reach attendees across the country and across the globe at no cost to the attendee. For the first time DSA member companies could feel comfortable to invite as many of their employees and direct sellers to a DSA annual event.
